Hello there! I got this machine pre used and it’s only ever turned on this far (see video). The power cord is one I got from a silhouette studio machine but it’s the same cord and works totally fine on the silhouette machine. Not sure if anyone has had this problems or could give me some advice on what’s going on thanks.

Edit: solution found! It belongs to the trash gods now Ty for the help everyone :)
