info request on rental contracts - planning to move out
I am in FTE living in Sweden few years (less than 5, of which 2 at my current address) and planning a move out of the country (work reasons primarily). Spouse would follow at a later stage, while kid over 18 is expected to remain in Sweden to finish education.
EU citizenships, without interests in swedish naturalization. I know skatterverket is the first to hear about such move.
Thing is the rental contract is on my name, being the main earner (rented via homeq from a property owner/agency).
What I am trying to find out is if I were to move my fiscal residency elsewhere in EU, where I'll live and be employed, while I'll visit here less than 70 days a year, do non-kommun rental agreements have anything to do with fiscal residency, or can I keep this rental for my kid, continuie paying the rent as I did so far ?
- Based on what I seen on the property management site, there is the option to change / get a smaller flat (become a guarantor for the kid), but that would not work in the first year after I move to be honest.
I am hoping to hear from ppl who looked into this, or have similar experience.
