not really sure how to figure it out so wanting to see if anyone else can see

does this look like hidradenitis ? they randomly appeared after being in the sun on a camping trip. do recall having something happen like this maybe 8 years ago but not since then. but also have some sort of a rash along side with it which is why it’s throwing me off
