Adoptable Shadow w/the Biggest Sonar Ears

I saw Shadow on BARC's Instagram page and she looks so cute and has the hugest sonar ears, perfect for this subreddit. The post says that her foster parent is going out of the state by the end of the month so she might be going back into the shelter environments so hopefully she'll be able to be adopted before then.

Hello! I made malai kofta and the sauce turned out kind of bitter, I used silken tofu instead of cashews to make it creamy and I didn't have any issues with making it with that ingredient swap in the past (apologies to the ingredient purists). I know I eyeballed the amount of garam masala and while making the kofta sauce and might have overheated it after that. This is my favorite dish so any advice on how not to mess it up next time will be welcome.
