Hi! I won tickets in the todaytix lottery for ABBA voyage but it’s only 2 tickets so want to buy an extra one for my mum to come! Todaytix said the tickets get assigned by the venue, has anyone who’s gone using the todaytix lottery able to tell me where you were assigned to sit? :)
Looking for perspectives on whether you think this is a bit rude? Because I’ve said it’s really difficult to get to and he’s completely ignored it? I can appreciate wanting to take charge but I feel like this is the wrong way to talk go about. Can’t add the picture so going to type out the convo. But anyway I’m inclined to say no thanks now, if you agree with me that it’s a bit rude, how would you word a response to him?

For context:(I live north west and it’s hard to get north west to south west) - would take me over an hour on a bus and I finish work at 6 usually)
