Hi everyone, I was just prescribed Mirvaso and have a question. It says to apply once a day until the erythema subsides.

Is Mirvaso more of a short-term fix for cosmetic redness, or can it be used long-term to manage the redness itself? I remember trying it over a decade ago and had really bad rebound redness, but I may have only used it for one or two days.

Can anyone share their long-term experiences with Mirvaso and how it worked for them? Thank you!

Hi, I’m interested in starting to learn Gaelic but I’m not sure where to start for a little bit of context. I am Dundonian (Dundee, Scotland) and
I have no knowledge of the language at all. So with this in mind I am looking for a beginner friendly way to start learning which is also free. I am open to classes in the future but right now.

I just want to get some very basic bearings. Totally unsure of where to start and a bit overwhelmed, would like some advice, app recommendations etc., from people who have actually begun learning or who have experienced the learning platform themselves thank you.
