Unusual temps after IVF

I wear a temperature tracking ring, and my temperature seems to follow a very similar profile each month. The blue line is a pretty typical month for me. The pink line is this month.

I had my LH peak on day -1 and my temperature profile ever since had been pretty flat. Is this a sign of an anovulatory cycle? I'm wondering if this cycle might wind up with 2 LH surges and a late CD1?

We self funded our first round with an NHS clinic and have one frozen embryo from that.

Our first round hasn't worked, so I was just wondering if anyone could give an idea on what normally happens next and timescales before you can launch into round 2/FET?

We were told we'd be sent a letter in a few weeks, but I am just hating this next "hurry up and wait" period, so appreciate any feedback.
