Hello, so I've been using crunchroll for over a year now, and about 2 weeks ago, the subtitles just stopped working. I watch some shows in english dub but keep subtitles on as it helps me pay attention to it. It was working just fine and stopped randomly. I checked my settings, and everything is set up that they should still be on, but for some reason, they're not.

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it!
