I know that it is at the least disliked and at most haram to use such gyms due to the music element, however i know that it is an obligation upon me to advise my parents. Im scared, as they have been gymming for years. However, if i give them a legitimate fatwaa from a legitimate fatwaa council, or well known shaykhs (like sheikh ibn uthaymeen, sheikh albani, sheikh ibn taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on them all), then there are less chances of my mum being angry at me.

However, if this is an issue of dispute, then i would like to know so (as my knowlege is limited.)

My parents cooks food with nutmeg- since we live in a Muslim country and it’s freely available here they take the opinion that it’s halal.
I know that eating food prepared with a spice mix which has nutmeg is okay, but what if the food itself had added nutmeg/mace?

I would prefer a book (or many books) which teach you beyond the basics of salah, and would delve into topics such as:
•Awrah (of a woman and a man) during salah
•Timings
•Rewards
•Sujood sahw
•Khusoo etc
