Exhibit B: The Monster Is Inaction

Most horror has a killer, ghost, or demon.

Here the entity stalking everyone is:

Kazuya’s inability to act.

Slow, shapeless, impossible to destroy.

Exhibit C: The Setting

The pool confrontation alone has classic horror structure:

no one can leave
tension stretches unnaturally
everyone senses doom
truth circles closer
something awful should happen… but doesn’t
That last part is the most terrifying.
