Help getting automation to rerun every 15 minutes (looking for work around for the wait function)
My wife has a hard time remembering to take her meds so we set up an automation on my phone to text her a reminder every morning. Recently she said she’s become to used to the text so it’s easy to block out and forget. I (with some help and pieces taken from other scripts online) cobbled together this script. It has a “global variable” that is changed from yes to no based on if she texted me “I took my meds”. (That part is not included here) anyway everything runs perfect and as intended except when my phone screen is off. I’ve been looking around in this forum and I understand that the wait function seems to be broken or unable to run when the screen is off. I don’t want to have to make a new automation run every 15 minutes. This would mean I have 100+ (over exaggerated but you get the point) automations on my phone. Dose anyone have a better suggestion for how to go about this?
