Curious on opinions of treatment. (I have an appointment in the morning, but I’m nervous.)

I’m really hoping this can just be a crown, but trying to be real.

Broke back 1/4 of molar off. Not having any significant pain.

Hypoparathyroid, so calcium production is a problem and this isn’t the first time this has happened, but it is the largest break.

No smoking or drinking. 45 afab.

Crown? Extraction? Thoughts?
