Selling my old videogames ro put towards a house deposit- what info do I need to record?
My neighbourhood has recently become very unsafe, and to help raise money for a house deposit to move away, i’m asking a friend of mine to sell some old videogames and consoles of mine at a convention he has a store at.
As the money will likely be in cash, i’ll be putting this into a bank account while I save to get away. Do I need to keep an itemised list of what is sold and for how much to be able to show a mortgage lender? If so, what kind of information will I need to capture on the list?
