3-4+ years of waiting for masterminds and this is what we get...

Welp, I apparently missed the mastermind units being announced last week, and just as feared, they are complete scams like the white fes units and have no pity. These are lore-story-important units; it is utter nonsense that they have no pity and require you to use dupes. And this community already rolled over and let the Wfes go by, so I know no significant enough outcry or boycott is gonna be done about this. Utterly pathetic, this game and NextNinja

Honestly, at this point his E2 should have been the base kit.

If you're a new player who cares about endgame, getting Phainon is completely pointless at this point, as he needs 2 extra copies to even function. A character that needs multiple eidolons to function is not a smart investment, pull value-wise. At this point, Phainon's E2 is his base level, which is not good.

Saitamas feats during the Cosmic Garou fight are better than anything Rebirth Superman has ever shown.

Yeah, ima say it, Saitama being involved with the near-instant destruction of thousands of stars is an absurdly powerful feat that was downplayed when it came out for no good reason. Frankly, it is better than anything Rebirth Superman has done on screen, not requiring blatant misinterpretation of his feats, nonsensical chainscaling, and "hope" maxing. Dont care if the DC Herald stans want to bully me off the internet for daring to suggest Superman isn't some outerversal omnipotent god who solos fiction. Tired of DC Herald wank ruining battleboarding and resulting in every other franchise getting downplayed. Saitama is legitimately strong even by comic herald standards.

So like, what was the point of OTS?

2 massive battles and the largest Rogue planet doesn't even appear for either? It felt like they were building her up as this manipulating larger threat, given Simp seemed afraid of her for some reason, and she was really pushing for Earth to orbit her. I'm gonna assume that the Rogues' involvement in the plot is very much not over, and this is building up to some bigger arc, like a galaxy wars arc between Rogues and Stars or something. This ending felt way too fast for what the army was being built up as, and OTS doesnt feel explored enough as a character at all.

(Yes, I know it says he, I couldn't figure out how to change it in the template)

Can Earth break the laws of physics?

Like, would he even be able to go ftl without killing life on Earth? Could humans survive moving that fast?

How do her liberation charges work?

Sometimes I hear 3 charges happen before the attack, and other times 2. Is it random or am I doing something wrong? Using her with Lucilla and Chisa.

So like, were definately building up to a galactic war arc right?

If the rogue planet arc really is ending in 2 weeks then its clearly just a build up for another arc as theres way too many loose threads to be solved in 2 episodes. Unless the Sun somehow manages to Talk No Jutsu his way int being friends with the Rogues theres no way their gonna stop being a threat in 2 episods. And the planets are still missing so the sun has to travel the whole galaxy to find and try to apoligize to them.

My best guess as to what happens next is that the sun does try to talk peacefully with the rogues and it might work on some of them, but Simp and OTS ultimately get eveyone to agreee to try to kill the sun and kidnap earth. The sun is too afraid of seeming like a tyrant anymore to fight effectively and hes still massively out massed so he wont win. He obviously wont die so maybe X or Wise defect and help him escape hopefully with earth.

After this I could see the sun traveling around the galaxy avoidng rogue planets while also trying to find the solar system planets and meeting the stars he first met when born and other stars as well. When they all learn about the Rogue planet army I see them deciding to all go attack it. If the rogue army really is trillions big then it will take 100's of millions of stars to match this mass meaning it will escalate into a full on galaxy wide war potentiall risking the destruction of everything.

Gameoverse's logic becomes a bit of a logistical nightmare when you start applying it to actual video game worlds with their own lore and cosmology.

Gameoverse premise is that some unknown entity is causing worlds to be destroyed if the protagonist of the game defeats the villain. This works fine for the fictional games in the show, but the logic, when applied to actual IRL games, has a lot of issues. Multiple different video games have their own lore and cosmology with cosmic entities. So we have to argue whether or not to treat these games as actual worlds with their own lore or as equal video game worlds where their lore doesn't matter. Because there are way too many games with cosmic entities that wouldn't just sit back and let their world blow up, and you have to argue that whatever force that's destroying the worlds is stronger than all of them. Would Arceus and the Creation Trio be unable to save the Pokémon world? Can Kirby and co not fight off the threat when they beat cosmic threats daily? Can the Zelda crew not use the Triforce to stop the threat? Is there nothing in the Mario world that can stop the threat? Sonic, Persona, Hoyoverse games, DMC and Bayonetta, Touhou, Asura, Xenoblade, Final Fantasy, and who knows how many other game worlds with their own cosmic universe affecting beings, and you're telling me none of them are able to fight off whatever force destroys worlds in Gameoverse? What about the spin-off games for DC, Marvel, and Dragon Ball that are flat-out considered canon as alternate universes in their weird OP cosmology? Are you telling me the OP cosmic DC characters or literally the presence aren't able to stop this?

None of this matters since Gameoverse is its own world with its own set of made-up video game worlds that likely won't have this issue, but I pretty regularly see people putting Kit in actual video game worlds, and when you actually start thinking about how all these game worlds are supposed to work, it becomes a logistical nightmare of fighting cosmologies and fanbases.

Is there any guide on the methods of obtaining specific story cards?

Looked at the Lossy Journal guide for Epic Toyohimes last word card, but it only shows what the card is (Stone Stacking Contest), not how you actually get it. I have no idea if it's from a one-off divergent spirits, a banner, a random level I have to farm, or who knows where else, or if it's even available in global yet.

40% of the world's population become benders. What happens?

Today, everyone wakes, and 40% of the population are randomly turned into air, water, earth, or fire benders. One person in the world becomes the avatar, and the avatar cycle starts. How does this end up affecting the world?
