Looked at the Lossy Journal guide for Epic Toyohimes last word card, but it only shows what the card is (Stone Stacking Contest), not how you actually get it. I have no idea if it's from a one-off divergent spirits, a banner, a random level I have to farm, or who knows where else, or if it's even available in global yet.

Today, everyone wakes, and 40% of the population are randomly turned into air, water, earth, or fire benders. One person in the world becomes the avatar, and the avatar cycle starts. How does this end up affecting the world?
