Tuxedo-tailored battery applet for COSMIC Desktop

I have a Tuxedo InfinityBook Pro 16 - Gen8, with a discrete nVidia GPU, with Fedora 44 Cosmic installed on it.

To maximize battery life, I use Tuxedo Control Center to manage the power profiles of my machine instead of the default cosmic power profiles, and therefore having those useless profiles in the battery applet was a bit annoying for me. Furthermore, I often use the envycontrol tool to turn off the dGPU entirely when I don't need it, and I would have liked a graphical way to do so, instead of having to pass through the terminal. Finally, I was very annoyed by the fact that cosmic at the time of writing doesn't send any "low battery" notification (at least on Fedora).

Hence, I decided to make an enhanced version of the default battery applet, tailored for my use case, and since maybe I am not the only one with those issues, I thought it was worth sharing it here
