Anybody here in the Philippines build custom choppers?

Planning to turn my Rusi 250c into a chopper. Would love to know some people who do custom work.

Saw this now after buying second hand meron din sa harap. May long ride pa naman akl na papaeating this sunday i takbo ko pa ba or iparemedyo sa mekaniko?
