Hey y'all. I had my 4 brakes (pads + discs) changed yesterday at my local garage (not tesla) because they were in really bad shape; extremely rusty, pads completely finished and rear right one was even squeaking with the wheel spin. There's even 2 times I think the caliper on that same wheel was stuck because the disc was extremely hot after I parked, but that was after parking in a slope (I only parked on flat surface since and it didn't do it anymore). I had some alerts about the EPB but these 2 specific ones started to show up recently.
I thought changing the brakes would solve the issue but I assume they didn't check on the calipers when they did the change. When I left the garage, on my way home I saw smoke coming from the rear right wheel and after parking, same issue again. The brake disc was burning hot and I know that destroys pads but thankfully it was a short distance.
Just for info, in service mode everything is green in the brakes tab so I'm pretty sure the problem is purely mechanical and not electronical. I'm just unsure if it's the EPB or just the caliper or both. What do you think the issue is? Should I just go to tesla for a replacement or have the caliper lubed at my regular garage?
