Toing by Swiggy delivered incomplete order, says ₹21 is enough for ₹139 item
I need people to know about this because I genuinely cannot believe this is happening.
**THE FULL STORY — TWO FAILURES, ONE NIGHT:**

**FAILURE 1 — May 10, ~10:45 PM**
**Burger King via Toing | ₹622 paid**
I ordered 5 items. Multiple were missing from the delivery bag. I reported it within 3 minutes of delivery (11:31 PM). The complaint was "resolved" in literally 2 minutes (closed at 11:33 PM) with a Toing coupon — **TOING-WHVMXK**.
Let me be very clear about what that coupon is: it is **compensation money**. It was issued because Toing's delivery partner failed to include items I had paid for. It is not a promotional freebie. It is not a discount gift. It is a refund — given in coupon form instead of cash.

**Burger King via Toing | ₹622 worth of items, ₹69 paid after coupon**
I placed my next order and used that compensation coupon. I ordered:
- Korean Kimchi Cheese Burger ✅
- Saucy Fries ✅
- Chocolate Shake (₹139) ❌ — **NEVER ARRIVED**
Same restaurant. Same delivery area. Missing item again.

**WHAT SUPPORT SAID:**
After keeping me waiting, agent "Sampa" offered me a **₹21 coupon** for a ₹139 item.
I asked: how is ₹21 fair for ₹139?
Their response: *"A menu value refund is not possible after a coupon or discount is applied to the order."*
Then: *"This is the best we can do."*

**WHY THIS IS A DESIGNED TRAP:**
Here's what's actually happening:
- Toing fails → gives you a compensation coupon
- You use the coupon on next order → Toing fails again
- Toing uses their own compensation coupon to calculate a reduced refund
- You get ₹21 → Toing gets to keep the rest
- Repeat forever
The coupon code TOING-WHVMXK that they used to justify my ₹21 "refund" **is the same coupon they gave me for their FIRST failure**. They are literally using their own mistake as a tool to underpay me for their second mistake.
I paid ₹622 on a real Burger King order. Items were missing. The coupon is my money. I used my money. I didn't get what I ordered. And now I'm being offered ₹21.
