Hi guys. I've been playing DCS for several months now. I upgraded from the Thrustmaster Hotas One to to a Moza AB6, Moza MH16, and Thrustmaster TQS throttle. I've mostly been flying the F16 and F86 so far, though I own several other modules.

I think I'm having trouble with Moza's F16 profile, where it's trying to emulate a force sensing stick. I feel like the stick is never quite truly centered. If I fly straight and level at a reasonable speed and take my hand off the stick, the plane will either nose up several degrees, nose down several degrees, or roll slightly. I'm always having to put pressure in at least one axis to fly straight and level. If I hold the aircraft straight and level, turn on altitude hold, then let go of the stick, the plane returns to the slight nose up or nose down it had before and the altitude hold does nothing. I've tried editing the profile so it senses when I'm hands off, and I've made sure DCS' curve isn't interfering with Moza's curve. I have also recalibrate the stick many times. This has improved but not completely solved the problem. It also feels like my stick inputs go from minimal reaction to maximum reaction without any middle ground, if that makes sense.

I took a few flights in the F18 for comparison, and those issues were almost non-existant. I tried flying the F16 using the F18 profile and the problems were much less noticable than with the F16 profile.

I'm trying to figure out if this is:

A. A skill issue where I need to get better using a profile that emulates force-sensing.

B. A problem with the profile that is fixable if I find the right settings.

C. If the cogging in the AB6 prevents it from accurately reading very small movements near the center position and I need to get something else like the AB9 or a true FSSB.

Thanks for your help.
