My Maltese Princess is generally very nervous around new people, but she absolutely HATES my 21 year old niece. They have never been alone together, so I am 100 percent certain that my niece has never done anything to her.

Do you know of any training videos or methods to help? I know it's going to require gradual exposure, but so far I can't get Princess out of the absolute panic and snarling aggression phase. I need to figure out the first step.
