If you upgrade ethereal weapon to rank 2, it applies stacks of blitz's ult as fast as they are consumed. This means that with only a couple of hits of either attacks or abilities, your ult will continue to deal damage until the enemy dies, even if you die.

You can just take AP/burn items, hit them a couple of times and then run away until you win the round.
