Hey I’m willing to study precalculus can you provide me with the best textbooks / courses?

I’m currently considering OpenStax textbook but I don’t want to waste my time with a meh source.

What do you think is the most reliable backend language to learn? I would like your answer to consider the local job market and demand.

So i've just started learning networking and I've hit a wall about how protocols are implemented. Like I know they are the rules of how data flows between points, but how are they "enabled"? Like are they stored as files in a server? When my phone -browser- requests a webpage, does my phone OS enable the HTTPS, is it the browser?

Please explain it in a simple way because I'm still trying to wrap my head around this 😅.
