New cat parent
so today cat distribution system got to me. i went to pet stray kitty and he climbed on my shoulders and wouldnt leave and followed me home.
i adopted him ofcourse.
i need some advice for a beginner cat parent and some things i should know, pls give me any advice for a beginner
(i am going tomorrow to pet store and vet, atm i cant cause its midnight)
(also i baby proofed spaces w cables as best as i could w painting canvases i hope he wont move them also im open to better ideas)
im just pretty nervous about first time unexpected cat parenting and i just had to ask for advices
edit bcs of simular comments popping up, yes i will check for chips and vet, and i asked around i asked my friend who lives her whole life in this neighbourhood and she is sure this is a stray and sais she saw him many many times
