First day back after the end of mat leave today. Absolutely devastated to leave my little boy this morning. How do people stand to be away from them all day? Please tell me it gets easier!

Hi all, I am returning to work in 3 weeks after 10 months off, and I'm a bit sad, to be honest. My pre baby career was very fulfilling, and I've done well but worried it won't be the same. Looking for some positive stories!
