Melted part inside the printer? (Almost new X2D)

Hello, everybody :)

I am very new in this sub so please let me know if I do anything wrong.

Today, after one month of pretty intense use of my first 3D printer, the lovely X2D, I finally found the courage (was scared of messing up) to install the AMS Riser V2.

It went great! But I found these things that scared me a bit and now I'm left wondering if it's normal or if I've done something wrong during these first weeks of use.

It looks like... The metal melted somehow?

Also, I found some plastic dust under the glass which I guess comes from the friction with the PTFE tubes, will the riser fix this issue?

Thanks in advance!
