does anyone know if any of the local knit shops have someone on staff that could help with mending?

I am almost finished with a cardigan and the yarn broke up at the top of the work(I’m assuming I split the strand during a cable) the break is near a raglan increase and on a cable. I have no idea how to mend it. Will pay for help, I just need it done this weekend as the sweater was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift
