is it expected of apartment owners in manipal to white wash the flat before new tenant moves in?
i have signed a flat in iris plaza starting july. is it common here for owners to white wash flats or does that not happen here? itd be helpful to know. would also appreciate other things to keep in mind. if youve lived/living in iris plaza please guide me
