the tops look just fine when using length 1.5, tension 4 but the bottom looks like a single string going through the loops and i can tug it out without much force.

i’ve replaced my needle which helped a little but it still has the same issue, is my thinking cap just not on?

any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

so, ignoring my choppy hem, the stitching at the very bottom is how it’s supposed to be but the top is how it’s started to come out?? i’m not sure what i’m doing wrong so anything would be helpful!!

i’ve rethreaded (?) everything twice, i don’t have access to the oil suggested right now but will get some soon!

the machine i’m using is a singer simple 3337 !! thank you again!
