Finally thought I was rid of them but got this one this morning. Anyone know what it is?

I posted in here a few days ago after finding some babies and was told they were smokeybrown roaches. I’ve since had pest control come spray and now have seen a couple of these mid-sized roaches which I hadn’t seen before, are these smokeybrowns as well or something else? Thank you all :)

I moved into a new apartment about 2 weeks ago and have been finding these nymphs everywhere, mostly dead. It looks like either Smokeybrown or brown banded?
