I woke up yesterday and my throat kinda hurt and then i noticed little white things in my tonsils and thought they were tonsil stones which i get occasionally however they rapidly progressed and now are all over both tonsils and idk if they are tonsil stones because i tried taking them out and the wont move. My throat kinda hurts a bit and my tongue is tingly. I'm just freaking out because i gave oral sex like 4 days ago but i asked him his body count and it was very low and he said he was tested and nothing about his dick smelt weird or anything he was super clean but now i am just freaking out please look at the photos and let me know I'm so scareddd.
