Looking to find a decent SIPP provider for a pot that’s 500k.

I’ve shortlisted the below but would love opinions from others to support my thought process:

1. Scottish Widows / Lloyds Banking Group
   - fees capped at £198 pa and the app is pretty decent which is what I now use since iWeb moved across for my S&S ISA

2. Interactive Investor
   - fees capped at £156 pa

3. Vanguard
   - fees capped at £375 pa but limited funds and etf choice
