Popeyes chicken
Am I wrong thinking this? Went in for a combo and order a water for my drink. Noticed he charged me for a bottle water and I mentioned I thought a drink was included in a combo. He said only fountain drinks but offered tap water. Even with tap water I had to pay full combo price.
