Selling Horse Property

Hi!

We live in central southern NC and are in the process of building a house closer to family. We currently live on 25 acres about 9-10 of them flat and scrubby (I’ll add pictures). We built this house 7 years ago with intention of building a larger house on the opposing side, but life changes, three kids, and a job change later we’re planning on moving and we never really got to doing anything to the property. Our knee jerk thought was to rent it out (we’re still contemplating). I’m more curious though about the work to put in before selling renting. For context it’s a 2bed 1.5 bath hunt box with three stalls and a Tac room/office. I know what I want to ask for it, but if you were buying the property would you rather have the ability to make it your own or have a little done. We can’t afford to fence 8 acres like I would want if we were staying, and was our intention to begin with. I have been pricing out about 1.75 acres including the run off of the stalls. If we DID end up renting I believe we could ask a little more since renters wouldn’t have to board their horses so it would make sense, but for selling? Idk I’ve always been told “only make necessary” repairs when selling since the person buying might change it all anyway, but this is new territory for me. Any advice?

Industrial

Hi! I had an industrial about 8 years ago. I was maybe 6/7 months into healing and I had to remove it for a CT scan. By the time I got out it had closed up so much I couldn’t get it back in. I want it done again I loved how it looked, but I’m learning now I might not have the best anatomy for it? Could I have it done at a higher pitch? Or would something else suit me better? I like the look of orbitals, but I’m not set on anything and I’m very open to suggestions. I marked green where my previous bar was.
