These have been appearing on different buildings in my area, and i assume they're drawn by the same person.

This one is not the most recognizable, but they usually look like an anarchy symbol but with three parallel lines instead of one. My friend thinks it may refer to the three arrows symbol, but idk they're usually diagonal, and here they're horizontal
