I went to a wedding at the Vanderbilt a few weeks ago, and had the most delicious pastry. It was puff pastry with an orange pastry cream and raspberries brushed with something orangey. This morning I made these from store bought puff pastry, The Spruce Orange pastry cream with tweaks, fresh raspberries, and a homeade orange simple syrup to brush over everything! It isn’t 100% spot on, but it sure is delicious & the first pastry I have made.
