I worked at CGB Mentors. In the beginning, the company seemed nice. Everyone seemed professional and friendly, but over time, I realized that people were mostly putting on a fake side. Initially, there was no visible office politics, which made it feel like a good environment. But eventually, the reality started to come out.

There is no HR in the company, no proper rules, and no structured management system. There is only one boss, and you are required to report everything to him. He has the authority to change rules at any time without considering how it affects employees.

I was often asked to do work that was not part of my role. When I didn’t complete those tasks, I was scolded. The boss’s behavior was extremely toxic. He had a very negative personality—if someone was happy, he seemed to have a problem with that. It was mentally exhausting to deal with such constant negativity.

There were times when I was questioned about my work harshly, like being told, “What did you even do yesterday? Just this much work?” This usually happened when I didn’t complete tasks that were outside my responsibilities.

From my perspective, the relationship between a boss and an employee should be simple: if an employee is doing well, they should be appreciated. If not, then constructive feedback should be given. But here, the approach was mostly criticism and pressure.

I genuinely gave my best to the company. I treated it like my own, came up with ideas to help it grow, and stayed dedicated. But despite all that, I often left the boss’s cabin in tears because of his dominant and harsh behavior.

This was not just my experience. Almost everyone who left the company felt relieved and grateful to be out of such a toxic environment. The people working there often behave nicely to your face, but are not genuine.

There was also clear favoritism from the boss, especially towards certain employees like Ashok Yadav, being partial towards Sapna and Masoom. This created an unfair work environment. Every employee should be treated equally, whether they are a fresher or an experienced.

The work culture was also very restrictive. We were sometimes required to come to the office on Sundays, and even during tea breaks, we were not allowed to freely talk in groups.

I have many proofs that reflect how toxic the environment is. This is not a fake message—this is a real experience of a girl who went through a traumatic corporate life.

I request that anyone considering joining this company do so at their own risk. I do not want anyone else to suffer the way I did. My mental health was deeply affected, and it is something I cannot fully express in words.

Please be aware of such workplaces and prioritize your well-being.
