Is Belen Jesuits SRAA 8+ turning a tide?

As Belen goes to SRAAs in the 8+ again is this a sign that good schools are going to start returning to SRAAs? esp on the men’s side

ACTUAL course rigor at Ivy League

As an upper middle class individual, coming from a top public school with a good few HYPSM commits each year, I’ve been told that 90% of colleges will be easier than high school rigor wise. I’ve taken mostly honors/ap courses throughout high school, but not many super insane classes(i’m not a stem guy so the worst i’ve done is AP lit, lang, USH, Calc AB, Physics 1). How much worse is ivy league difficulty wise?

Does anybody know the difference in competition/selectivity in UPenns Men's heavyweight rowing team for getting into wharton and College of Arts and Science? I know they only have 1 maybe 2 wharton spots each year, but how different is CAS? Also is there any merit to applying CAS and transfering sophomore year and does that differ being a student athlete?

I’m looking for any good resources out there on fueling/nutrition for the week before a race and day of. The team i’m captain of has regionals this weekend and we have a lot of rowers who haven’t had a *serious* race yet, so if anybody has anything that is more official id love it. Looking for PDFs or links to sites that cover the week of and day of/night before specifically in any way/shape/form.
