Topboxer not shipping out order
It has now been 5 weeks and 3 days since I ordered Alien gloves from TopBoxer, and this was an in-stock order NOT a custom order. I emailed them on April 30 and May 6, and also sent an Instagram message, but I haven’t received a single response.
I originally paid for express shipping because their website stated 1–3 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks with no shipment, I requested a refund for the shipping, which they accepted, and they told me they would still ship the gloves. Since then though, no response
Most confusing part to me is that before this, they usually answered my emails within 2,3 days. Now it’s been weeks without any reply at all, which makes it feel like I’m being ignored on purpose. I understand they’re a small team, but this is pretty disappointing, especially because I was seriously considering ordering their sparring set.
Is this normal with TopBoxer lately? And what should I do?
