Hey guys!

I'm planning on buying a Linea Mini to work my current farmers market. We currently have a La San Marco 2 group but am looking to downsize to a strong and effective single group. We pull about 120 shots in 5 hours with roughly about 40% of those being hot beverages that we steam. Is the Linea capable of keeping up with that type of commercial demand?
