I'm aware his weapon isn't the best, I plan on pulling for another four star weapon. But he kinda needs everything and I don't know if I'm building correctly. I use lauma (with her weapon), columbina and Barbara and he deals 36k-38k per bloom. Do I need to improve anything? I was aiming for 1100 em ideally but i don't have resin to waste on artifacts. Besides if I do go for laumas c1, sho should I replace Barbara with? It's either nahida, xingqiu or sucrose. Also I think my energy recharge is a little too low but he gets his ult in time anyway
