[Future Kaveh main] Some person keeps making fun of me for not having Kaveh

I found this whole situation incredibly funny, so I thought I would share. Some time ago, this person randomly joined my world and began BULLYING ME because I didn’t have Kaveh and they did (at the time, my signature said something about how I wanted Kaveh). They tell me allll about how they have Kaveh at level 1, no constellation, basic weapon, all of that. Every so often for probably about a few weeks after that, they would message me randomly to remind me that I still do not have Kaveh. They even began joining my world and equipping Kaveh, then drowning him or jumping off of tall structures in front of me. Today I joined to see that they had the AUDACITY to add Level 1 Kaveh to their character showcase. One day I will have Kaveh, and then I will seek revenge.

Burgeon/Burning Kaveh?

Is it feasible? I’m not looking to clear endgame content with him, just open world and casual bosses. How do I build this with him being the highest damage dealer?

I have ideas for the team, but what artifacts, stats, and weapons would be ideal?
