“Worst ASUS Service Center Experience Ever”
I seriously had one of the worst experiences with an ASUS service center.
Last Wednesday I submitted my laptop for repair. Yesterday I even received an email saying the required part had arrived. Today morning I got a call asking me to come around 11 AM.
But when I called them back later, they suddenly told me they “forgot to bring the part” and asked me to come tomorrow instead.
Like seriously, why call the customer and waste their time if the part is not even there?
The communication has been terrible, updates keep changing, and the whole process feels very unprofessional. I depend on my laptop daily and this delay has already been going on for many days now.
And before anyone thinks I’m exaggerating, just check the reviews of many ASUS service centers — a lot of people are complaining about the same issues: delays, poor management, and bad customer service.
Really disappointed with ASUS support right now.
