I need some help

im a 16 year old in the netherlands and i want some tips for mma. ive been doing it for over 4 years or so and i encountered some problems which i dont know how to solve. im hoping you guys might relate and help. usually with progress. even in the gym for 4 years i feel hopeless. im getting weaker. they're people that come barely and yet are still able to kick the shit out of me. how come whenever i come, whenever i discipline myself to go even when i dont want to. i still get kicked ass by people that go whenever they feel like. how come i havent gotten stronger. this left a hole in me. my discipline broke. now i go whenever too. i feel fucked, to say the least. everything collapsed. my drive and motivation gone.

my routine now(if it helps.)

tuesday thursday : mma
sunday: bjj.

100 pushups a day. 30 jump squats a day.

feel free to add on to this. i want to see what i can do better in my routine do maxamize effort.

I wanna be able to play official. but performance is in the way

so im currently playing ase. i can run ase somewhat fine at high settings 30 fps(i use lossless for a clean 90 fps). but the moment i hop in asa. things go downhill. like very downhill. every optimization tip you guys know i did. yet i still get 10 fps. terrible ik. my specs are utter dogshit so please dont clown me. but im playing on a rtx 3050ti intel core i7 12650h laptop. if you guys can give me any tips please i will be happy to hear.
