My first peony bloom! I'm so excited.
What do people do with the flowers? Should I just cut it and enjoy the flower? Are there anything I should be aware of when cutting the flower?

I kinda want to leave it in the garden and enjoy...

I bought and moved in to a new house and the wall looks like this for one of the rooms. It doesn't feel like the normal walls. What is this and how do i paint them white?
