Where are you all finding jobs these days besides the usual platforms?
I’m looking for something that pulls jobs from multiple places, has genuinely useful alerts, catches openings early, and works globally too.
Don’t mind paying if it actually saves time.
What’s been working for you?
Did those features genuinely help you or make you cancel?
This is my first time posting on Reddit because I honestly don’t know where else to ask this.
I graduated in engineering almost a year ago and I’m genuinely frustrated with the job market right now.
Most “entry-level” jobs don’t even mention needing years of experience in the description. But during interviews, the questions feel like they expect someone who has already worked in the industry for years.
Recently, after going through multiple interview rounds, I got an email saying they moved forward with more experienced candidates.
Are experienced people applying for entry-level jobs because the market is that bad?
How are fresh graduates supposed to even start anymore?
I’m tired, confused, and starting to lose hope a little.
Can someone honestly explain what companies expect from fresh graduates anymore?
