Wouldn’t let you see me like I was. Not them, not you, not anybody. Loss like this, at the hands of people you’re supposed to trust; it fucks people up in ways that are difficult to understand. I would never ask you to stay. This emptiness is knowing how heartless the world is. It only cares about you when you have something it wants.

Before you existed. The state of your being predisposes you to this condition, though I’m not sure the degree to which you are aware. Ripples in the cosmos... I always know when it’s you.
