My 3 weeks old is a big eater. Right now he is on a hybrid schedule formula + breastmilk. I am pumping about half of what he needs. He eats 4 ounces every 3 hours of formula and every 1.5hours if breastmilk. My milk is quite watery with a little fat that solidifies once refrigerated. It has been hard to be on a good diet since he was born - i had a lot of complications and he was in the nicu for 8 days. Is there something i can do diet wise to have a fatter milk so he does not need to feed every 1.5 hours? If i need to give him 4 ounces every 1.5 hours - my milk supply is never going to catch up.

I gave birth almost 2 weeks ago and still have a folly. I am a FTM - 53 hours of labor (never got to push) stalled at 7cm and then had to have a c section.
Since then my bladder does not work. I already had 2 back fill trial and could not pee. I will have my third in a couple of days. Based on what the urologist said my bladder is quite big (can hold over a liter which is twice the average amount a woman can hold) and is most likely a result of my vaginismus. I have primary vaginismus (9 years without being able to be intimate until i met my husband) - i have done some PT before getting pregnant and during pregancy. Since the muscles of perineum are linked not only to the vagina but also the urethra and the rectum l, she thinks it is likely the reason why i get often constipated and why i have been holding my pee in (not voluntarily)
Anyone has a similar story? How did your bladder recover? I am so tired of walking around with a pee bag....
