Advice on 500-485-500?
Hey everyone,
So I’m currently on a student visa which will expire in 2028 after the completion of my bachelors. I am planning to apply for another one in order to study honours as I aim to be a clinical psychologist.
I was then planning on possibly working for 1-2 years just to gain experience as well as save up before applying for masters (if i even get in…) in order to go through the APAC required pathway to become a psychologist, which would then require me to go on another 500 student visa? Does this seem feasible or what other recommendations does anyone have?
Just another thing to note is my eventual plan is to apply for the 820 visa then 801 as my partner is a NZ citizen and hoping for him to convert to an Australian citizen in the future as well (?).
Any advice would be appreciated as I don’t know much about this process and visas in general so it seems pretty overwhelming.
