Had a really great experience with Jiuson from X-Raypad custom order
Just wanted to share because good customer service deserves credit.
We placed a big custom order (for two countries, corporate stuff), and working with Jiuson was honestly awesome from start to finish.
Communication on Discord was super easy. He helped us choose fabric/materials, explained printing options, answered a million questions, helped with details… never felt rushed or ignored.❤️🙏🏻
The quality turned out REALLY good.
The stitching is clean, colors came out amazing, print quality looks great. Everything feels well made. Shipping was fast too. Unfortunately I can’t show the full mousepad because of company branding / logo restrictions, but I attached a few close-ups of the corners, stitching and print quality
Funny thing 🫠🤣I actually misunderstood how taxes worked and thought I needed to pay import tax upfront. Turns out I was supposed to pay it locally here. When this got sorted out, they refunded me the tax amount, and I paid it correctly on my side. Didn’t expect that level of honesty at all.
Another thing I appreciated: Jiuson kept checking the tracking, asked if the package arrived safely, asked if everything was okay and if we were happy with the order. Small thing, but it matters. Overall, really smooth experience and genuinely pleasant people to work with.
We’re super happy with the result. Will we order from them again? Absolutely yes.🫶🏻🥰
