Need help from the ladies (0 knowledge about skincare)

My sister suffered from acne for years and now she developed some scars too, thankfully they're only superficial pigmentation, but I know she's a bit conscious about it and I wanted to buy her some skin care products to help, I thought about buying her "PanOzyl Acne Wash" with some gentle moisturizer and also "Anua Azelaic Acid" and "La Roche Posay sunscreen". Now I absolutely have 0 knowledge about this stuff so I don't know if these products can go together or not, I literally just started looking up online yesterday till 3AM looking for solutions and my head is full of "retinol" and "Niacinamide"😅😅 please help me out to buy her a gift that would return her confidence 🙏

Neighbors who become part of the family

If you live in Morocco, I’m sure you’ve had (or still have) a neighbor who feels like part of the family. For me, one of them is Aunt Khadija.

Ever since I can remember, she would leave 1 DH under our door every Friday. And whenever she traveled, she’d add up all the Fridays she missed and leave the full amount when she got back. She had chickens and sheep, and every weekend she’d bring us eggs so I could “grow up healthy and strong,” as she liked to say. In return, we’d save food scraps in separate containers for her sheep.

When I moved to another city to study and work, she would always call to check on me. Unfortunately, we eventually had to move away from our hometown because of my mother’s medical issues, leaving behind a lot of wonderful people and connections. We still keep in touch with everyone, though.

Yesterday, Aunt Khadija came to visit the city we live in now, so we invited her over. And would you believe what this woman did?

She handed me 20 DH to make up for all the missed Fridays. 🙂

I told her I’m a grown man with a job now, but she immediately shushed me and told me to go buy myself a yogurt or something.

I’m writing this while eating the damn yogurt 🤣🤣🤣

I love Aunt Khadija. Bless her heart, and I hope she has a long, healthy life. ❤️

Eid and opportunistic people

Basically, I was relaxing in a green space near my house when a gentleman came by with his sheep to let them graze. After a while, another guy approached him wanting to buy one. The owner said he wasn’t selling at the moment.

The guy offered him 2000 DH on the spot, but he still refused. Then he raised it to 2500 DH, and again the owner said he wasn’t interested and asked him to leave him alone.

That’s when the guy started throwing a tantrum about how the owner was greedy, only wanted to sell for a higher price, had no consideration for poor people, and even called him a “khninish” and all that.

Now here’s the funny part: after he went back to where his friends were sitting, they asked him why he was so desperate to buy from that specific guy. He straight up said the sheep looked high quality and that he could easily take one to the souk and resell it for 3000–3500 DH bragging about his "sales skills"🙂

Honestly, I’m impressed by the level of shamelessness.
